Brad and Jen's 'quickie' divorce



(BANG) - Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston are reportedly set for a 'quickie' divorce.

The Hollywood heartthrob and the former 'Friends' beauty, who announced their separation last month, are said to have asked their business managers to sort out their affairs rather than bring in divorce lawyers, according to American TV show 'Celebrity Justice'.

The programme claims the star couple didn't merge their money during their four-year marriage and the only thing they have to sort out is their Hollywood mansion.

Despite their split, Brad and Jennifer have remained close and last week it was reported they were set to attend this month's Oscars together.

While they insisted they were not rekindling their romance, the pair were said to be keen to go to the Academy Awards together to prove there are no hard feelings between them.

A source said at the time: "They see each other often and are still living together. Their romance might be over but they are still close. They are even discussing going to the Oscars together.

"They realise that if they turn up with anyone else, it will cause an almighty fuss."

Brad and Jennifer, who married in July 2000, announced their split after "much thoughtful consideration" but pledged to remain "committed and caring friends".

I highly doubt Brad and Jen are going to be there.

But I'm still going to watch the Oscars because I'm an award show fan. I love to watch them and this year I'm rooting for Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind for Original Screenplay, Hilary Swank for Best Actress, Jamie Foxx for Ray, and Alexander Payne for his adapted screenplay for Sideways (he is from my hometown!LOL! He's always on the news cuz he is our first real success story!)

Anywho, the Oscars air on the 27th on ABC at 7c/8pm Eastern. The preshow airs all day on E! and then the other preshow I believe starts an hour before on ABC. Of course TV Guide also has Melissa and Joan and their preshow 2 hours before the show starts, I believe. (I'll probabaly be watching Melissa and Joan cuz they are the funniest. I wish they were still on E!)

I dunno, that's just weird. First of all I think it's just a rumor unless they are planning to get back together (which I doubt). I base this on a fact that they think it would be "strange" to attend with someone else and it would cause a "flurry". What do they care of other people's opinions? It's their life and they should be allowed to live it!

As u can see from my profile pic, I love No Doubt. My favourite song is Bathwater. I think that Bathwater, although it was released 4 yrs before the troubles and rumours started, reflects to Brad & Jen's love life....

He can have any woman he wants, as Angelina Jolie said that if he werent married, she'd go for it, I know a lot of people who think she's pretty, so that reflects to, "Wanted and adored by attractive women, bountiful selection, at your descretion"

All the rumours of him cheating on her (I know they aint true but, it goes with the song) that reflects to the line, "You and your museum of lovers"

Now we know theyre like 2% chance of being true but if they were, that would make Brad a "bad boy"

Since the news on January 7th they have....
