Friends Special After Series Finale

I had this "Special" on a tape (in fact I had all of them from the end of the series) and some how it (everything) got erased, does anyone know where I can find it? I didn't see it in the video section...

the retrospective was BEFORE the finale .. and there was a jay leno special after that at night ..

sorry i dont have it its on vhs and i cant transfer anything:(

there is a site you can download it from. But i have completely forgotten which site or what it's called. I think it's a foreign site but that's all i can remember
