I read this on Google and went to check it out and it's true. Apparently it is a blog site for A to C-list celebs to share their thoughts. Check it out! I'm not quite sure whether he was joking or not but he wrote in his commentary that after the first couple of days people'd have to fork over a 100 $ to visit the site, so better be quick
www.teevee.org/ (http://www.teevee.org/) is the site adresse and this is where Matthew's commentary can be read www.teevee.org/archive/2005/04/01/perry.html (http://www.teevee.org/archive/2005/04/01/perry.html)

Behind the "TeeVeePad" Parody Site
Who was behind the site? The Vidiots -- the all-volunteer staff of TeeVee.org, which has been publishing humorous commentary about television since 1996 and satirical April Fools web sites since 1997 (see the bar on the left for links).

You can contact all The Vidiots at teevee@teevee.org.

Written by Monty Ashley, David Burkhart, Greg Knauss, Steve Lutz, Philip Michaels, Lisa Schmeiser, and Jason Snell. The site pages were built by Jason Snell (apologies to typepad.com).

None of the public figures in this parody are the actual authors of any of the content. All of this work is completely fictional and intended for satirical purposes. Lawsuits are unnecessary.
