Next fall, Courteney Cox and David Arquette will premiere a new reality show they are producing for TBS.

Hard to believe, but it's been one year since Courteney gave birth to daughter Coco. But while most moms revel in their pregnancy, Cox had to deal with some scary moments, caused by stalkerazzi.

"The paparazzi were so bad when you're pregnant," Courteney told Access. "I would find myself driving and they would tail gate me and surround me."

Her real-life scare with the pursuing photogs while pregnant left her trapped in her own car.

"You have this need to protect this little child in you so you actually want to run away from them, and you find yourself running stop lights and doing wheels, it's brutal," she revealed.

No doubt, it's a brutal battle to find personal privacy while living under a very public spotlight.

"It's really hard, I mean Coco is one of the most popular people in the world, no one knows her so I don't understand why she is so popular?" Cox admitted.

Well, Coco's "Friend" Jennifer Aniston does and she made herself the one-year-old's self-appointed protector.

"I actually deemed myself the God Mother," Aniston told us. "I just said, you may have other people that you want but I am officially making myself the God Mother."

I just read about that and it's sad. Paparrazzi are out of control. Obviously celebrities have to deal with the picture taking and what not but when it gets out of control and scary, it's gone to far.

I really feel for her. It can't be easy trying to have any kind of private life as a major celebrity but trying to keep your kid out of the limelight must be ten times more difficult. :(

Couldn't agree more!

You know, we can do a lot to stop it! First, don't search for or even look at pictures where Coco is on, too! (Or any other celebrity children for that matter...)
Second, tell your friends to do the same!
Third, tell everyone here, in tis forum, too! :)

If noone buys those pictures, there'll be no sense to make them!

We always say that damn you paparazzis, but they work for us, never forget that!

The whole paparazzi thing is just sad.

I can understand when you Peanut Butter says that if we stop buying the pictures, they'll stop taking them, but you and me both know that's not true, if we, of this board, do not buy those, someone else IS going to buy, or not even buy, just check the website out and take them, even thought it's not necessarily HQ quality.

And I won't say I don't look at them, because I do. Personally I do have a curiosity to see baby Coco because I already love anything Courteney/Courvid related. And to, you know, watch the whole progress of her getting pregnant and knowing how hard she battles, it's sort of like watching a person you love grow - and it is basically that -
And although I look at a few pictures, I respect the fact I'm not going to publish over other websites. Some people think that that's selfish but then that's a choice I am making.

I just hope that in a future they can let it go for a bit.

I hate paparazzi!
Of course, I love seeing pictures of Coco, but I'm not obsessed with it. And I actually don't like seeing random paparazzi pictures of stars, I much prefer seeing pictures they want to be taken- photoshoots, premieres, etc.

seriously, paparazzi needs to stop. Its the most rediculous thing ever, it puts so many lives in danger and what do they get out of it? I mean how did Princess Diana get killed, trying to escape the stupid paparazzi. I am so against it and i think its the BIGGEST invasion of privacy and no matter who you are how famous you are, to out your child in risk to maintian your privacy is just out of this world. I wish there was a way to put an end to it because it's getting so out of control, to the point where it is risking life or death and not only the people who are getting "stalked" but everyone around them. UGH!
