I would like for them to get together but ya know Alex is married, so it probably won't happen in the near future. That's why ya gotta watch the show. Personally I hope they do!

Agreed! They were so cute in the last episode! :-) The show keeps getting better and better even though silly me is still looking for the lobsters or the others to pop back in here and there... Hey, I AM stupid AND a Friends-NUT! ;-)

Hmm...at first I didn't really see them having much chemistry. The only one Joey has really had chemistry with, in my opinion, was Kate (on Friends) way back in season 3 - you know, the actress with the red hair. I'd like to see her on "Joey", although I don't think that'll happen. Now - Alex and Joey showed in episode 7, that apparently, there was a little something there - the problem for me is that we haven't SEEN them have a real 'moment'...yes, they talked about it in episode 7, but up until then there has been nothing between them. I'm waiting to see if any sparks fly between them if such a moment should occur. That'll be interesting, but if they ever do get together, I think it'll take a looooooong time - kinda like Niles & Daphne on Frasier...

Oh i can see that. She doesn't want to go and leave her life and he goes its me or LA and then boom season cliffhanger what does Alex choose. That'd be great cause then she and joey can start having real moments in season two. But of course we need a complication in there. Joey likes Alex but has got a steady girlfriend for the first time in his life and he has so choose whether to make himself avable to Alex if she decides that she likes him or stick with a girl he is comfortable with and does like.

Yea it might happen like Eric does land a job somewhere else. Then he'll tell alex they have to move and it doesnt make alex or joey happy. Then Alex decides she can't leave. Then Eric can't believe Alex picks joey over him... maybe want a divorce and Jolex happens...

No we have already met Alex's husband in the latest episode (#7) and he not who you thought. Ha as if Gunther was keeping a mistress in LA while waitressing in NY...

Oh I know! Joey does get a girl he is comfortable with by the end of the season and but he realises when he is with her he keeps thinking of Alex and he doesn't know what to do because Alex is married and he doesn't want to be the guy who breaks up a marriage and then he starts avoiding Alex.

Well like other ppl said they hinted at it in ep 7 and I would like to see them get together. She is his love interest after all. LOL. Besides, Alex is a lot nicer than Rachel. *ducks and flees*

I would love Love LOVE it if they got together!! I thought from the first episode she was so pretty!! Perfect for Joey! I definatly hope they get together. I was so happy on episode 7 when she was like, "Well maybe he should be!" *gasp!*:o lol. I'm not liking this whole "new girlfriend" thing though....this episode was kinda blah...not very funny jokes and a little risque at times. Hopefully he gets over her. I'd really like to see him and Alex hook up! They're soo adorable!:04: hehe
