Matthew Perry Enrolls In 'Clarke' For TNT Original

LOS ANGELES (Hollywood Reporter) - "Friends" star Matthew Perry has been tapped to star in the upcoming TNT original movie "The Ron Clark Story."
Perry will play the title character, whose real-life exploits as a teacher in East Harlem, N.Y., earned him Disney's 2000 Teacher of the Year Award.

Aniston Makes Yoga Video For Pal

Yoga enthusiast JENNIFER ANISTON is producing a video starring her friend, MANDY INGBER, and will even pose for pictures to promote the project. The 37-year-old FRIENDS star practises yoga three times a week and jumped at the chance to help her pal with the video for US fitness publication Self's website. While Aniston doesn't appear in the actual video, she'll be in photos for a companion piece that will run in the December (06) issue of the magazine.

Suit Settled Over Topless Photos

Jennifer Aniston and Los Angeles-based photographer Peter Brandt have settled a lawsuit involving topless photos he took of her last year.
"It's a confidential settlement," Aniston's lawyer, Jay Lavely, tells the Associated Press. "The matter was amicably resolved."
The Break-Up star, 37, sued Brandt in December, alleging he invaded her privacy through "invasive, intrusive and unlawful measures" – photographing her in her home with a telephoto lens.
Brandt responded that he was standing with his camera on a public street about 300 yards away from Aniston's house when he took the photos.

Jennifer to Direct First Short Film

According to United Press International, Jennifer is going to direct a short film for Reel Moments, a Glamour magazine project that dramatizes stories contributed by readers. hellomagazine reports that Jennifer will be co-directing with close friend Andrea Buchanan. The film will be set in a hospital emergency room, and it will star Kris Kristofferson and Robin Wright Penn
"I have so much respect for Jennifer as an actress, it's very easy for me to take direction from her," Kristofferson said.
Apparently Jennifer chose to participate in the project after seeing Gwyneth Paltrow's work.
"I had seen Gwyneth's last year ... and I heard about the project, and thought it was fantastic."
