Jennifer Aniston admitted in 2007 that she did, in fact, have rhinoplasty to correct a deviated septum. She denies doing it for cosmetic purposes, and we almost believe her, because her nose seemed perfectly fine and not really in need of any renovations.

Jennifer Aniston "Very Happy" With John Mayer

Gayle King caught up with Jennifer Aniston and John Mayer backstage at Sunday's Oscars.
Mayer, 31, told King that he grew up watching her as a local news anchor in their native Connecticut.
It's always good when someone says they grew up watching you, King says.
"He said that to me too," Aniston, 40, then joked.

No wonder Jennifer Aniston received so much affection from John Mayer on Oscar night.
It turns out that while the singer was happy to provide "moral support" to his girl at the Academy Awards, he was also "very, very nervous" about attending.
"It's not my world, the Oscar thing," Mayer told Ryan Seacrest on his KIIS-FM show Wednesday. "But [Jen] was so sweet to me that night, because you can go from a Grammy winner to a water boy when you walk into the Kodak Theatre on Oscar night." Jennifer Aniston Presents Oscar Award in Front of Angelina Jolie, Brad Pitt

Jennifer Aniston went face to face with Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt at the 81st annual Academy Awards Sunday in Hollywood. It is first time all three have been in the same room since Pitt and Aniston split in 2005.
Along with Jolie's Kung Fu Panda costar Jack Black, the Valentino-clad Aniston (who skipped the red carpet at Sunday's show) presented Best Animated Feature.
They originally stood to the side of the stage.
When Black made a joke about how all Pixar films win Oscars, Aniston said, "I apologize Mr. Katzenberg [Jeffrey Katzenberg is the co-founder of Dreamworks], I don't know why we let him out of the house."

 John Mayer was OK sharing Jennifer Aniston with Jack Black and Brad Pitt's misty, water-color memories, but apparently Jen was so not OK with her strummer boy posing for a pic with a few backstage beauties at Sunday night's Oscars.
Jennifer Aniston, pushy, to the paps taking her pic with on/off man John Mayer at the Vanity Fair Sunset Tower Oscars bash. Jen insisted on seeing how the pics looked right away, before, mind you, pretty much ditching Mayer once inside. Yeah, that one smells so back on
